An offender is served lunch at SICI.

The Idaho Department of Correction provides the offender population with several selective dietary options to meet their individual nutritional needs. Offenders are provided the opportunity to participate in meal options that include vegetarian diets, a healthy choice diet option, as well as the standard male and female meals. Dietary requirements not met with one of the selective diet options can be addressed through the medical provider. All menus are reviewed a minimum of twice a year by a registered dietitian to ensure nutritional requirements are met.
