IDOC continues to search for ELAINE LILLIAN MARTIN, #153393, who walked away from South Boise Women’s Correctional Center Oct. 22.

Martin is white, 22 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and has blue eyes. She has many tattoos on her arms and left hand, and the word “Smoke” tattooed above her left eye.

Martin weighed about 230 pounds and had brown hair when she walked away. She may have lost a significant amount of weight recently. She has been changing her hairstyle, hair color and eyewear. She also might be wearing wigs and have semi-permanent lip piercings. 

Martin’s criminal history includes convictions in Twin Falls County for burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and damaging jail property. She was serving a retained-jurisdiction sentence and scheduled to be considered for release on probation on June 21, 2026.  Her full-term release date was Feb. 21, 2029
