BSU's president speaks at ISCC fall graduation

Dr. Marlene Tromp, President of Boise State University, delivered an impactful commencement address at the ISCC Fall Graduation Ceremony. 

She focused on the importance of maintaining a growth mindset because the brain continues to grow throughout adulthood. 

GED and Career-Technical graduates were challenged to learn from mistakes, view failure as a temporary setback, embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and to be inspired by the success of others. 

There were 17 GED graduates and 38 Career-Technical completers honored at the event.
