Congratulations to IDOC leadership course graduates

As part of our Leadership Development Series, twice per year IDOC provides a Pre-Supervisory Leadership course designed to transition new or up-and-coming staff, who demonstrate leadership skills and a positive attitude, into a formal supervisory role.
Prior to the presentation of certificates, Director Atencio spoke to the group, with the main theme of his message being: 'When change happens, and in IDOC it will, be the first to follow. Doing so embraces our values of Integrity, Positive Attitude, and Respect.'
Please join us in congratulating the following individuals for their selection and completion of the Pre-Supervisory course on September 20, 2018: Amanda Aldridge, Kelsi Banta, Enrico Bongiovi, Brian Brown, David Burgara, Melissa Carter, Amanda Dietz, Dixie Hoyt, Colleen Kost, Lori Larson, Thomas McGee, Patricia Ortega, Hanna Packer, Christopher Pell, Tracy Reed, Jeffrey Renn, Nazrin Riebhoff, Garrett Shires, Amy Skow, RachelVerhage, Jesse Winkelman, Kyle Wright, CarolAnn Young.
