ICIO promotes three staff members

Idaho Correctional Institution-Orofino Warden Terema Carlin has announced the promotion of three staff members. They were honored at a promotions ceremony March 12.

Chris Craig was promoted to the rank of lieutenant. He joined the Idaho Department of Correction in 2010 as a correctional officer at Idaho State Correctional Institution. Prior to IDOC, he worked as an executive manager at Home Depot and as executive director of a non-profit organization. Away from work, Craig enjoys music and spending time outdoors. 

Jason Lichti was promoted to the rank of sergeant. He joined the department in 2006 as a correctional officer at ICIO. Prior to IDOC, he worked in construction. Lichti spends as much time as he can outdoors camping, hunting, and fishing with his family.

Shane Richards was promoted to the rank of corporal. He joined the department in 2012 as a correctional officer at ICIO. Prior to IDOC, he worked as a commercial tanner. He is also enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing with his family.
