ICIO Sgt. Randy Higgins receives his 25-year certificate

Sgt.Randy Higgins recently received his 25-year certificate. Randy started working for the IDOC back in 1994, spending his entire time at the Idaho Correctional Institution – Orofino. 

Through the years he worked all officer positions, was a Special Projects Officer, promoted to Sergeant in 2006 then worked Special Projects again, and is currently the facility DHO.
