ICIOs Jordan Court Demolition

The last unoccupied building at ICIO is being demolished.

Jordan Court, a building that was used to house State Hospital North employees in the 1950's, 60's, 70's, and part of the 80's.

When IDOC took over the site, it was used for storage and various training through approx. 2012, when it was boarded up for future abatement work.

With the abatement completed, last month the razing began when the wrecking ball started its work.

This week the rubble has started to be hauled off the facility one large truck after another.

Once the Jordan Court site has been cleared out, Idaho Correctional Industries (ICI) will be taking it over for their operations. The photo shows before, during, and after the demolition.
