The Idaho Department of Correction is hiring correctional officers to work at its correctional facilities in the Boise area.

If you’re at least 21 years old and interested in a job through which you can truly make a difference, plan on attending a career fair sponsored by the department.

Download the background investigation questionnaire from the careers section of the department’s website at www.idoc.idaho.gov and bring the completed questionnaire with you to the career fair.

The career fair will be held:

Tuesday, May 20
2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Idaho Department of Labor/Canyon County office
4514 Thomas Jefferson St.
Caldwell, ID 83605

Applicants who bring a completed background investigation questionnaire may be offered an interview at the event.

IDOC correctional officers receive competitive benefits at a starting rate of $13.27 an hour, with an increase to 14.05 after successful completion of entrance probation.

For more information, contact an IDOC recruiter by calling (208) 658-2020, or write to
