Craig Leigh has served as a member of the Idaho Honor Guard Team for 16 years. He has served on both the North and Southern Teams. As all members do, he has endeavored to chase perfection. Those we honor deserve nothing less. From the words of Vince Lombardi, "While perfection may be unattainable; if we chase perfection, we just might catch excellence". Craig has been an excellent ambassador of the Idaho Department of Correction as an Honor Guard Member.

During his time on the team, he has seen it change a great deal over the years. He watched it evolve from an unorganized mass of individuals with good intentions; to a disciplined, professional, cohesive team that strives to represent the very best of the Idaho Department of Correction. He has participated in countless parades, graduations, ceremonies, special events, and unfortunately- funerals and memorial services.

After 16 years, he has elected to step down from our team and focus on his final stretch with our department. He is a valued and cherished member of our team, and will be missed. Please join me in thanking him for his selfless service to our team, and representing our agency for so many years.
