Main road to S. Boise Complex now open

Update/11:49 a.m.:  The main road to the South Boise Correctional Complex has re-opened.  A flagger is directing traffic.  Power outages are expected to continue till 2 p.m. while utility crews make repairs to two power poles near the entrance to the complex.

Update/9:46 a.m.: Pleasant Valley Rd. closure likely to last till 1 p.m. Use Kuna-Mora Rd. and "dairy road" south of complex to access facilities.  IMSI has cancelled visitation for today.

Pleasant Valley Road, the main road leading to the South Boise Correctional Complex, is closed due to the possibility that two power poles might topple on to the roadway.

South Boise facilities may experience a power outage while repairs are made.
