Topic: Pricing, Friends and Family Information

Profiles – There will be three ‘profiles’: Free, Premium, and Subscription. The 5 cents per minute will be charged only for the time you are logged in to the Premium Entertainment Profile. If you purchase a subscription, it is not subject to an additional 5 cents per minute.

Photos and e-Cards – The price to send a photo is 25 cents per photo. The price to send e-Cards is 25 cents per e-Card. There is no additional message charge.

Friends and Family – Friends and family information will be sent out in Memo 15 and updated on the external IDOC website no later than Wednesday May 14th. If someone tried to link to you before your facility is deployed, they will likely be met with an error stating that you cannot be found. This is because your facility has not yet been set up in the system.

IDOC will keep providing information about the transition each week. If you have any other questions or worries that have not been addressed in the weekly memos, you can fill out a Concern Form and send it to Central Office – Contracts.
