IDOC seeks a walkaway from Lewiston worksite

Jan. 26 -- The Idaho Department of Correction is searching for a man incarcerated at Idaho Correctional Institution Orofino, who walked away from his job site in the community.
David R. Johnson, IDOC #73748, was last seen at a job site near Thain Rd. in Lewiston at 7:30 a.m. local time, Monday.
Johnson, 42, is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs about 182 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
Johnson’s record includes a conviction for Attempted Grand Theft in Nez Perce County. His sentence was scheduled to be satisfied on April 14, 2026.
