Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE) services for the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) are now active. VINELink restored the notification services on March 6.

VINE is a free notification service that provides automated phone, text and email updates on movement and status changes of those under IDOC’s jurisdiction. Anyone can register for VINE notifications at this link: VINELink - Empowering Victims of Crime or by using the VINE application on your phone.

If you have a VINE-related question or immediately need to stop call and can’t remember your assigned PIN contact the 24-hour VINE services line at (866) 984-6343. The agency provides victim services associated with VINE calls during business hours at 208-605-4774.
