Topic: JPay Stamps and Kiosk Problem Update
In accordance with the JPay Terms of Service, JPay stamps are not transferrable and are not refundable.
As previously noted in a facility-wide message from Securus, a critical update was pushed to the kiosks that caused messages to not sync over Wi-Fi. The resolution for this issue has been successfully tested on a kiosk at ISCI and it will be rolled out to all the kiosks no later than Wednesday April 16th. Once the update has been made, a message will be sent to all residents from JPay (Securus) confirming the fix has been deployed.
