Tablet Deployment

The deployment at the Saguaro facility in Arizona is now complete. All residents have access to the new ViaPath tablets.

The tablet deployment for all Idaho facilities is STILL on hold. We have a few more things to work out before the rollout date can be scheduled. An initial test was performed at an Idaho facility last week and another test is expected next week.

As previously stated, we really appreciate your patience. We’re working hard to make sure everything goes smoothly when it’s Idaho’s turn for the new tablets.

The next memo will be sent as soon as a new schedule is available or when there is more information to share.
