Topic: Mortality Lock

As we approach the deployment, there have been several concern forms submitted requesting an update about the mortality lock.

The information in memo 15 is still current –

(from memo 15) Mortality Lock Update – We are still waiting for an agreement between JPay (Securus) and IC Solutions. The Kiosks will continue to work until Securus cuts their circuit. To cut their circuit, they will need to provide notice. We have been assured the kiosks will continue to work until an agreement is in place regarding the mortality lock.

For all questions and requests for updates on the mortality lock, please submit a support ticket to JPay.

The next memo will be sent as soon as a new schedule is available or when there is more information to share.
