Topic: Deployment Update

East Boise Community Reentry Center (EBCRC) will be transitioning from JPay tablets to ViaPath 
tablets beginning Monday August 18th.

Once EBCRC is successfully transitioned, the IC Solutions deployment teams will begin work at Idaho 
Correctional Institution – Orofino (ICIO) and North Idaho Correctional Institution (NICI). This is 
tentatively scheduled for the week of August 25th.

As these sites prove to be successfully transitioned, the remaining locations will be scheduled, 
and the schedule will be communicated to everyone. We want to make sure the first couple of 
locations are transitioned without any issues.

After your facility transitions to ViaPath, the JPay tablets will no longer be on Wi-Fi. However, 
the Kiosks will remain connected to JPay services for a while longer. We do not have an official 
cut-off date for JPay services yet. The date of the cut-off of JPay services will also be 
communicated once we know.
