Topic: Mortality Lock Update, New Printing Option Delay, Friends and Family Details
Mortality Lock Update – We are still waiting for an agreement between JPay (Securus) and IC Solutions. The Kiosks will continue to work until Securus cuts their circuit. To cut their circuit, they will need to provide notice. We have been assured the kiosks will continue to work until an agreement is in place regarding the mortality lock.
New Printing Option Delay – The new option to request printing of messages is not yet available. There are some significant details that need to be worked out before this functionality can be used. There is no estimated time of availability. Updates will be provided as they become available.
Friends and Family Details– Friends and Family must create and fund an account with GettingOut to communicate via messaging. To Create an account, add funds, and schedule visits, Friends and Family will go to: www.GettingOut.com.
