ViaPath Tablet Deployment Update:

All residents have access to a ViaPath tablet! The deployment is complete.

JPay Services:

Now that all facilities have been transferred to ViaPath, JPay services will be terminated effective Monday October 20th.

• If you have stamps, please use them before Monday.
• Any unused media funds will be transferred from JPay to your IC Solutions Debit Account. This will take several weeks, but it will happen. There is no action you need to take.

Videograms:

The kiosks will remain online until we have a final solution from Securus (JPay) for viewing Videograms without Wi-Fi.

Who to Contact:

For issues with the ViaPath tablets, including content, Wi-Fi, and apps, please submit an electronic concern form to “Tablet Issues” on the new ViaPath tablets or send a paper concern form to IC Solutions.

More electronic concern form options will be available to you soon.

This is the final weekly memo about the transition to ViaPath. It has been a long several months and I very much appreciate your patience as we worked through some difficult issues.
