About Us

Staff Excellence

Recognizing staff excellence is an important part of building a strong, supportive workplace and a culture of professionalism across the Idaho Department of Correction. Our staff work in challenging, high-responsibility environments where their dedication, sound judgment, and commitment to safety make a meaningful difference every day.

Through this recognition, we highlight team members who go above and beyond in their roles, whether through exceptional performance, leadership, teamwork, or consistent professionalism. These efforts may be large moments or quiet, everyday actions that reflect the values and mission of IDOC. These recognitions celebrate the people who make our mission possible and reinforce the importance of service, accountability, public safety, and excellence across the department.
