Correctional Specialist Nathaniel Baker was voted TFCRC’s Employee of the Quarter by his fellow staff!  One of Nathaniel’s best qualities is his willingness to help out wherever he can.  He volunteered and organized a hike with our residents and also helped out with taking our residents fishing.  Nathaniel is a huge asset to TFCRC.
