Sentencing Records

Sentencing Records is responsible for maintaining sentence calculation information for individuals under the custody or supervision of the Idaho Department of Correction. The unit reviews court judgments, calculates sentences, applies jail credit and retained jurisdiction credit, processes parole forfeiture actions, and maintains sentencing information within IDOC record systems. Sentencing Records works closely with courts, county jails, probation and parole offices, facility staff, the Commission of Pardons and Parole, and other criminal justice agencies to ensure sentence information is processed accurately and in accordance with Idaho law and court orders.
