Retained Jurisdiction: Rider - Parole Commission

Parolees under the jurisdiction of the Commission of Pardons and Parole may return to an IDOC facility in lieu of a parole revocation. During this period, residents will receive treatment and programming opportunities. The Commission of Pardons and Parole may reinstate the client on parole or proceed with the revocation process based on their behavior and progress during the retained jurisdiction period.
