Update Victim Contact Information

The Idaho Department of Correction provides notifications to victims regarding full-term release, escape, and death. For IDOC Victim Services to continue notifications, we must have victims’ current contact information. It is the responsibility of victims who want to be notified to keep IDOC Victim Services up to date regarding their contact information. If you have moved, changed phone numbers, and/or changed email addresses, or you just want to make sure we have your most recent contact information, please fill out the form below. Upon clicking on the Submit button on the bottom of the screen, your updated contact information will be automatically submitted to IDOC Victim Services staff in a secure electronic manner.
