Resident Communications Update/Memo #7

We’re excited that the new ViaPath tablets are almost here! They will be ready in little over a month at the first facility. Thank you for being patient through this process.

Every week, we send out updates to keep every person at IDOC in the loop. Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts with us.

IC Solutions is moving from their contract with JPay to one with ViaPath. IDOC is working hard to make this change as smooth as possible for you. We know change can be hard, but we are doing everything in our power to work through challenges.

Your family and friends can set up a GettingOut account with ViaPath starting in late April. This will be explained in a later memo, likely memo 12.

We are still working on things like pricing, profile choices, current data, media funds, among other things. We will share updates about these in the weekly memos as they are available.

Remember, all these updates are posted on the IDOC website (www.idoc.idaho.gov) for your friends and family.
