The Employee Assistance Program is available to give you and your dependents confidential support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues. These services are at no charge to you for benefit eligible employees and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Confidential counseling is available and includes up to 5 sessions per plan year. Online resources provide information topics such as financial budgeting and planning, legal resources and you can search for qualified child and elder care providers and attorneys.
